Agriculture is the surest way to economy recovery. The FMARD is better positioned to turn around the fortunes of this nation and bring back the lost glory.

The new PS is advived to push for policies/programme that we have direct impacts on the rural farmers. At the same time ensure quality agricultural production is giving adequate attention so that produce of Nigerian origin would be safe for both local and international consumption.

I join other staff members of the ministry to welcome our new PS to FMARD.
