The mandate of the Department is as follows:
Management of personnel matters in a manner that targets the achievement of overall organizational goals and objectives through proper training; planning, organizing, budgeting, co-ordination, directing, leadership, feedback and evaluation and motivation.
The Department is structured as follows:
- Appointment, Promotion And Discipline Division
- Staff Welfare And Training Division
- Manpower Unit
- Pension Unit.
- IPPIS unit.
